This Week - Cette semaine

Some moments from our week…

we saw a fox just outside our kitchen window one morning this week and it trotted off before I could snap a picture

    These are such beautiful photos from a beautiful week. Sarah! I love the crocheted rug that I see! Did you make that?

    Such beauty and color in your days - and always so peaceful looking.
    That first picture is amazing - what a view.
    Your quit has inspired me to try patchwork, if you don't mind me asking, what size are your squares? I was thinking of doing 5 inch by 5 inch, do you think this would be a good size for a beginner?

      Any size will look great Emma, that's what I love about quilting. It's hard to go wrong. The only advice I can give you is that if you start with really small pieces you might get discouraged. I think 5x5 sounds good. Mine were about that size including seam allowance. Good luck with it!

    Well I am supposed to be reading your food post but I caught sight of so much beautifulness down here first!
    I LOVE! your patchwork quilt, and even more LOVE! sweet little babies and their book love. My Elsa is just the same way! She even kisses her favorite pictures!
