We are a Waldorf-inspired homeschooling family living in the beautiful windswept Magdalen Islands. This is a record of the beauty and joy that fill our days. Thank you for visiting!
Sarah, This quilt is stunning!!! I just love your colour sense and the edge pattern, and the whole thing altogether. I have a quilt that I made for our wedding, over 8 years ago. Three months in, it caught fire (a long story, and all was okay). But I shelved the quilt to fix it one day. One day, turned into 8 years later. I really must fix it and you've inspired me. This is gorgeous. xo Jules P.S. We have the same slippers :) P.P.S. Your banner photo is stunning, too. What a magical place to call home.
It turned out just lovely! Enjoy cozying up under it! I like the way you quilted it too. I'm always so intimidated by the quilting part of quilts...but that seems manageable.
Wow! I love the colors. Great job!
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful! Wonderful work and choices on fabric and colours (: Very inspiring - it has made me want to make one also!
