This weekend I sewed Sacha a pair of overalls for summer in a linen/cotton blend (fabric purchased in this wonderful shop). The buttons are from Wooly Moss Roots. I used a pattern found in my Mum's stash of old patterns. I had fun working with it, the pieces were already cut out and they had probably been last used (by my Mum) when I was Sacha's age!
Happy crafting on!
Those are so cute!!! (As is the model wearing them!) I just love the look of vintage clothes. I wish my mom had kept hers!
ReplyDeleteNo way! These are the most adorable overalls ever! I'm about to make a pair for my one yr old, but they're not this cute ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat fabric colour too!
What a gorgeous pattern and model! They look great, if I had made some for my daughter they wouldn't have stayed that colour for long!
